Outback Cobber is known for specialising in custom workwear especially workshirts, workshorts and headwear.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately changes after payment are not possible.
Once your order is placed, it immediately begins processing at our warehouse to get to you as quickly as possible.
This means changes cannot be made after the payment has been made.
WHAT IF WE DON'T LIKE THE ITEM WHEN IT ARRIVES & WE HAVE A CHANGE OF MIND?
Custom orders can not be exchanged or refunded.
While we’re not legally obligated to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, we want you to love your purchase!
If you change your mind, we can offer store credit when the item is returned to us.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped you will be sent an email with a tracking number so you can follow your order from our door to yours.

CAN I SEE A SAMPLE OF MY LOGO BEFORE BULK PRODUCTION?

We sew out your logo on fabric and ask you to approve before we move to bulk production.
HOW LONG DOSE IT TAKE TO MAKE CUSTOM WORKSHIRTS?
Once you have approved your logo the whole process takes approximately 2 weeks. If we can do the job faster we will.
ARE THE OUTBACK COBBER SHIRTS MADE OF COTTON?
Yes,
100% Cotton | 150 GSM fabric with UPF 50+ sun protection.
WHERE ARE THE OUTBACK COBBER SHIRTS MADE?
We would absolutely love to offer work shirts that are made in Australia. However, at this stage we have not been able to find an Australian manufacturer with the craftsmanship, technical capability, and production capacity required to produce Outback Cobber shirts at scale.
If you are aware of an Australian manufacturer who could meet these requirements, we would genuinely appreciate an introduction. We are very open to discussing the possibility of bringing production to Australia if the right partnership becomes available.
In the meantime, our Outback Cobber work shirts are manufactured in China.
While the garments are manufactured overseas, all custom branding is completed in-house by our full-time embroidery team at our warehouse in Baringa, Queensland. We employ dedicated staff who add logos for customers requiring rebranding on shirts, caps, and work shorts.
